Tasks
<< Develops and plans change initiatives
<< Is a process consultant and supports change activities/projects actively on all levels
<< Develops and plans for implementation of CIP-mindset in focus areas and using CIP-methods
<< Reports on progress of change activities in his/her area to promoters and steering committee and gives recommendations for future improvements
<< Uses, adapts or develops enabling concepts and implements those on all levels of the organization with help of BTC
<< Is an improvement/problem solving expert and consultant for LeaderCIP to managers
<< Provides an exemplary implementation of CIP action in his/her area of direct responsibility (along the lines of management tasks)
<< Supports in process improvements e.g. facilitates VSDiA workshops
<< Coordinates and supports process consultants and moderator pools
<< Coordinates and supports a thriving network for change experts in his/her area as a platform for knowledge sharing and learning
<< Participates actively and shares knowledge in national and international networks
Requirements
<< First leadership experience (Team/Group leader)
<< University degree (Commercial/Technical)
<< Experience in change management, organizational development in administration
<< Experience in designing and conducting trainings
<< Experiences in working in international environments and has international contacts
<< Fluency in English (More languages desirable)
<< Performance quality / experience ( Standing / Presentation skills / Training skills)
<< Studies abroad, event management, social engagement, experiences in student unions, internships
