JOB TITLE: Assistant CMM Manager-客户营销副经理
JOB LOCATION: 上海

Job Responsibilities:
1. Build account/channel specific customer marketing plans to deliver category /brand objectives as part of the brand marketing planning process;
2. Integration of customer marketing plans “CMP” with brand marketing plan and customer business planning;
3. Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into customer /channel specific brand building activities;
4. Work with account managers to ensure execution of retail activation;
5. Develop strong relationships with customer at marketing level on retail marketing strategy development;
6. Manage trade market development costs allocated by brand building;
7. Generate and leverage account specific category and shopper insights;
8. Lead execution of customer marketing plans & activities;
9. Works with category operations on brand standards as part of CMP;
10. Aligns trade category management initiatives with CMP objectives.
Job Requirements:
1. Creative thinking with growth mindset;
2. Strong business acumen and data analytic power;
3. Strong communication skill;
4. Minimum 2~3 years’ experience in Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing team and at least 1 year in Modern Trade management, preferably in FMCG industry or retail industry, with marketing background;
5. Fully operation with office softwares, such as excel, powerpoint and word;
6. Good spoken and written English.
