Job Description | Job Description: 1. Lead team to achieve related categories performance of Wal-Mart, via category business planning, promotion arrangement and implementation tracking and etc. 2. Effectively manage resource and maximize mutual benefits for both key customer and Unilever to deliver joint business targets. 3. Manage the business relationship and long term partnership with key customer. 4. Ensure on-time in full quality delivery of key projects, including innovation projects, in-store events, weekend road show and etc. 5. Be responsible to develop customer and shopper centric plans through good cooperation with internal cross functional teams 6. Unlock regional business opportunities via close communication with field operational team and key customer.
Job Requirement: 1. At least 3 years related international key customer management experiences (Wal-Mart experience will be preferred) 2. Good understanding of Channel and Leading retailer customers (i.e. Carrefour, Wal-Mart); 3. Excellent communication skill; 4. Proactive Learning attitude; 5. Good in English and Presentation skill; 6. Good understanding on how to transfer shopper insight into customer category plan; 7. Field management experience will be good to have. 8 .Bachelor degree and above, 5 years of relevant working experience is required , better from multinational FMCG company 9. Skillful at Excel and PPT 10. Food category experience will be good to have.
