职位描述
BU: Operations
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Operations Director
Supervise: Service Supervisor / Engineer/ Technician /Coordinator
Overall Purpose of Job:
- Provide after sales customer service (including equipment installation and debugging, technical training, repair and maintenance), initiate and follow-up service billings to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting
- Develop service budget in line with company budget, and analyze the price of spares and labor of service and repair to balance with the product sales price. Develop department expense budget.

After-sales Service
- Manage field installation projects to ensure a smooth start up of systems / products in compliance with local law and regulation governing product safety, installations and operation directives; provide technical training to customers; execute equipment repair and maintenance activities; provides solution to product related problem and advise customer with best possible solution.
- Run pump auditing tools to ensure product/project quality.
- Provide support in selection and establishment of qualified service centers/service points, and ensures that they provide the high level of service that corresponds to Grundfos’ service policy.
- Controls spare parts stock at a reasonable level so as to meet customer requirement.
Service Charge
- Initiate, charge and follow up service billing to customers according to billing policies in order to meet revenue targets.
Reporting
- Provide monthly service report, FAS (Failure Analysis System) report, timely feedback, and analytical information of service performance.
People Management & Development
- Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback; conduct service training; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
JOB PROFILE
Education and training:
- Degree holder and above in electric machines, power electronics or control field.
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English.
- Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.
Experiences:
- Minimum 8 years engineering service preferably in the maintenance sector, with 5 years management experience
- Able to solve technical problems effectively & efficiently
- Experience in pumps or control panels, maintenance will be an advantage
- Business & result oriented, have drive and be able to communicate on different levels
- Ability to work independently
