Position: Business Development Manager (E&E) -World Leading International Service Group

Responsibilities:
@Propose E&E business strategy under E&E CR guidance, achieve breakthrough in the business;
@Set up and implement business development plan based on solid understanding and analysis to market and company capabilities;
@Set up all necessary process and ensure new business smooth operation in E&E CR;
@Take lead of the function to meet planed business targets;
@Provide guidance and support to sales and technical team for the new business operation;
@Build up connection with headquarter to leverage BD and technical resources;
@Guide and organize some activities to make sure all member of BD team have competent knowledge in business development ;
@Perform other duties assigned by E&E Department Manager.

Requirements:
@Bachelor degree or above;
@Sense of responsibility and can work independently, can work under pressure;
@Solid experience and good understanding in TEC business;
@Proven ability to create new business and develop service portfolio;
@Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
@Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;
@Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
@Good communication and interpersonal skills;
@Good people management skill;
@Good computer skill;
@Chinese native speaker, good command of English; German will be an advantage.
