Job Purpose: Support the implementation of the PA marketing and sales plan. Achieve established sales and profitability targets and to develop existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for sales & marketing activities in the designated field sales area.

As the ambassador of the company, create appropriate image of the company to customers.

- To achieve the established sales and profitability targets.

- To grow the existing business and look for new customers and new applications.

- To receive and utilize relevant information to obtain maximum sales and profitability.

- Apply and implement value based selling principles when negotiating sales prices with customers.

- To recognize and report market intelligence.

- To work properly in a high performing team of field sales, inside sales & technical marketing resources. - - To provide a high level of customer service, working closely with other members of the sales team as required.

- To document activity plans, and outcome, visit reports, call reports.

- Assist marketing activities/events in the interaction with customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or science and engineering, major in metallic material is preferred.

- More than 1 year of experience in a field sales role, familiar with precision strip, flapper valve steel, wood band saw, coater blade steel, rule die steel, auto compressor, air-con compressor and etc. is prefered.

- Good industry knowledge.

- Fluency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
