Job Summary (Mission/vision of this function)
Develop and implement complex and strategic marketing/sales strategy for products and service of responsible products, product families, services Meet the agreed targets, e.g. sales, market share, coverage
Job Responsibility (What-How-Why with priority and grade of responsibilities)
"1.Develop long-term (for products / services / communication), aligned with CBF/BU or central centers of competences (CoC)
2. Develop and conduct implementation of strategies, steering product managers / concept managers / marketing / communication managers
3.Define program(set-up,cancel) corresponding to market needs
4.Ensure profitability through proactive cost management/adjusting marketing mix
5.Support sales (e.g.product information,sales argument/benchmarking with competitors)
6.MDW:Achieve target coverage;coordinate launch of new products/local purchasing
7.Communication:Coordinate catalogue,new leaflets/brochures,POS,training,workshops,etc.
8.Market intelligence:Collect and consolidate competitor/market information
9. Team Management of teams for product management, marketing and communication management, concept management"
Internal & External Interface
"Internal: Bosch Plant, Sales, Logistics, Finance, BUD, Legal, local and regional and central management team, central BU / CBF Management, related departments in regional HQ and central HQ
External: Customers, Suppliers, Service agencies"
KPI (Key Performance Index)
"Products: Coverage, sales, cost targets, market share and other pre defined targets
Concepts and marketing communication: Awareness, Purchase relevance, first choice, quality assessments"
Qualification Requirements
1. Basic Requirements
Education Master or Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Working Experience 5-7 years of experience in marketing in automotive industry or related industries
Knowledge & Skills "Strategic thinking, structured working style, good presentation skills, independent working style, strong Brand orientation, high self responsibility
Excellent IT skills(MS Office)
Very good project management skills
Initiative, Assertiveness
Working methodology(e.g.analytical skills,deriving action plan,implementation/follow-up)
Communication/coopertation(e.g.ability to adapt to international environment,language skills)
High willingness to accept responsibility, ability to performe under pressure
Clear leadership orientation"
Language Excellent English language skills, further foreign language preferred
