JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Client / Account Manager
Reports To: Sales Director
Position Responsibilities
1. Contribute to overall company revenue target
? Understand company & sales strategy/direction.
? Develop business relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and management to identify business opportunities
? Regular account planning, forecasting and reviewing
? Meeting clients and promote consulting product & service, and discover needs
? Contracting Pricing and conduct negotiation with client
? Continuous learning and improve products/service knowledge/experience
2. To meet and exceed internal & external client satisfaction
External
Improve personal relationship in trust & intimacy through entertainment
Sharing knowledge & experience to help client grow
Understand client overall business, opportunities, challenges , Propose solution with most efficiency
Manage communication in different level & different culture
Manage client program/project professionally and with high quality standards
Internal
Work effectively with trainer/coach/consultants team to propose design and deliver solution meet the needs of clients
Work & communicate effectively with finance for contract, pricing, payment term/AR
Collect marketing intelligence & feedback to marking dept.
Provide client information & requirement to supporting team timely and accurately
3. Get market position & branding known as our statement
? Position & promote branding in all client communication
? Invite & bring exist and potential clients to all marketing events and public workshop
? Attend external marketing events and promote
? Co-organize informal client gather event with marketing dept.
Employment Standards
??College degree required. Background in consulting and knowledge of Human Resources is a plus
??Strong results orientation, with the commitment and drive to achieve business goal;
??Works well under pressure in time sensitive situations and handling multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
??High level of attention to detail and professional rigor in work deliverables created for all recipients of work products
??Demonstrated skills in relationship building, opportunity evaluation and prioritization, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
??Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
??Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is a requirement
