Position: Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Subordinates: 15
Location: Songjiang
Job Description
? The Marketing is taking care of all aspects of Marketing at under instructions of superior;
? External communications include advertising, sponsoring, mail outs and other marketing tools that improve the brand awareness of customers/potential customers or the general public;
? Internal communications include publications which provide employees information's about company activities and company strategy;
? Market Analysis
? The aim is to create a maximum in knowledge with regard to general market as well as competitor data, being an essential foundation of any company strategy;
? The marketing department provides various sales tools (e.g. image brochures, sales brochures) in order to backup sales activities;
? The department supports other departments if those face areas where marketing support becomes necessary. The marketing department is also responsible for maintaining a consistency in brand image;
? Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures;
? Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines;
? Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues;
? Other assignments from direct superior;
Requirement
? Bachelor above, marketing or business administration or related;
? More than 6 years working experience in marketing areas;
? Substantial knowledge of advanced Marketing management techniques in Multinational Companies;
? Successful sales / marketing experience in developing markets;
? At least 3 years management experience in Marketing;
? Proficient in English for writing and speaking;
? Familiar with Excel/Word/PPT;
? Customer-oriented, full of passion, willing to undertake pressure and challenge;
? Demonstrated ability to accept, lead and create change;
? Good communication and interpersonal skills;
? The willingness to take responsibility and accept change. Initiates and/or incorporates new work methods, processes, and technology;
