Purpose:provide HR leadership, develop people and organizational strategies tied to corporate goals

Main Responsibility:
1.Identify needs for organizational development, include change management, teamwork, business acumen, and work with HR partners to fill those needs;
2.Workforce:
Proactively identify labor trends and provide insightful guidance on strategic direction in China;
Proactively engage in workforce planning on a divisional and corporate level;
Foster a diverse and fully engaged workforce;
3.Drive an effective communications strategy within the organization;
4.Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues as appropriate;
5.Coach managers on subjects such as performance management, career planning, and succession planning;
6.Participate in developing a culture of customer service, quality and innovation;
7.Ensure alignment from corporate to division, plans, practices and individual performance;
8.Participate in corporate, human resources and divisional project.
