Position

International Residential Sales-Senior Associate住宅销售部高级顾问（国际物业）

Responsibility

Support team head for daily marketing and sales work;

协助部门主管处理日常市场和销售工作；

努力学习并快速掌握海外房地产市场及海外地产项目知识；

Responsible for developing high end clients, by Pro-active marketing of the company services, , undertaking cold calling, generate prospective business leads;

主动进行客户开发，客户跟踪。掌握物业相关信息为公司拓展业务, 完成季度及年度销售指标。

Handling and overseeing direct client negotiations, including preparation of necessary information and materials;

负责直接与客户进行洽谈，包括准备相关信息及资料.

Requirement

At least 2 -3 years’ experience in high end property sales or high end brand sales.

至少2-3年高端房产或者高端品牌销售经验， 并对继续从事销售工作有着极高的热情；

Excellent communication and teamwork spirit;

具备优秀的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神;

Excellent Capability of high end clients development, and able to achieve sales target;

具备优秀的高端客户开发能力和销售目标达成能力

Aggressive, hard-working with initiation attitude;

有积极、进取的工作态度; 工作耐心细致；

Fluent in both written and spoken English; penitent and keen for details.

流利的英文听说、书写能力;

Proficiency in Office skills, eg. Powerpoint, Word, etc.

熟练的办公室软件操作能力；

College degree and above, overseas study or living experience is preferred.

大专以上学历。 具备英国， 美国，澳洲留学或生活经历者首选。
