This position will overall be in charge of finance and controlling department in iwis Shanghai, should have the strength at controlling and reporting and will be involved in costing, internal control. Be responsible for the development and analysis of revenue and cost information.
The main job scopes will be the following:

1 Financial monthly forecast. Annual budget and business plan, Responsible for analyzing and reporting actual variations to budget.
2 Provide timely and accurate group statements, finance result analysis including the revenue ,Gross margin analysis and other summaries for the following: sales, cost-of-sales, inventory, logistics cost, standard cost variances, project costs, Quality cost and other manufacturing expenses
3 Cost center expense control , analysis yearly cost target and separate cost control target to each Dep., tracking expenses variance ,analyzing budget performance. Communicate with the other Dep., cooperate and help them to reach target.
4 Cost calculation and analysis for new projects together with Global controlling team and sales dep., review project cost estimates for the project cost during quotation by establishing the analytical review with the actual project of other similar project
5 Tracking and analysis cost status, directs standard cost revaluations including scheduling, updating current cost files, revising department labor and burden rates, and developing new product costs.
6 Directs inventory audits including scheduling, assignment of personnel, checking accuracy of inventory counts, and analyzing results. stock aging preparing, inventory taking with logistic department,
7 Creating the year end closing and reporting packages
8 Contact to local banks ,tax bureau and other related authorities
9 Supervising the Finance and Controlling department
10 SAP controlling module maintenance and operating, Period closing and foreign currency revaluation
11 Fixed asset management , project tooling tracking
12 Contact with SAFE ,tracking the oversea invoice with custom declaration document with logistic department
13 Inventory calculation / valuation
14 Assist to improve the financial process and internal control.
15 Other duties as assigned, like KPI control, etc.

Key requirements:
1 Bachelor degree of accountant relevant
2 Above 5 years of relevant experience in an international firm, in cost field will be preferred.
3 Be fluent at English, both in written and spoken.
4 Good SAP knowledge, especially SAP-Controlling and finance -experience is a plus
5 MS-Office knowledge and very good MS-Excel knowledge
6 Strong communication, good team player, can work closely with oversea colleagues.
7 Independent and flexibility.
