Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Position
· Perform professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial date to provide management reliable financial information by supporting timely and reliable financial statements/report
· To fulfil requirements in legal aspects and corporate/company policy/procedure/practices and support business development.
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
Daily postings (Tax, CAPEX, Loan, Bank cross transfer, Recurring Entries)Suspend Accounts, FA&CIP ReconciliationStatistics Bureau Production Reports, Tax Bureau investigation on tax resource, Annual Tax filling and Transfer Pricing Documents preparation.
Monthly perform closing timetable, ensuring that the general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner Accurate and timely accounting reports reflecting the fair and true state of the business under both FEM and PRC GAAPDecorative Paints Hyperion report, Swire report preparation.Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation, analytical review and follow up on the outstanding items Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findingsPrepare various internal/external reports required by Corporate or governmentProvide support to annual statutory audit , internal audit and tax fillings
Requirements:
· Educational Level:
University graduates major in Accounting or related.
· Working Experience:
At least 3 years accounting work experience, with multinational companies preferred
· Language Skills:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
· Special Requirements / Skills:
Strong multi-task, ability to follow-through and attention to details;
Professional and proactive service attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point;
An enthusiastic and motivated team player
