Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Position
Leading OTC team with direct controllership of key financial practices
Define, implement, and ensure compliance of OTC policies and practices.
Be the focal point within the team in relations to process and tool changes requiring training and leadership skills to answer and resolve questions in a timely and scalable manner.
Partner with other teams to scope and drive technical discussions involving systems and tools
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
Optimize and standardize Order to Cash (OTC) operation process
Manage and develops team members and effective communications with various functional teams
Manage and maintain ledgers and account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items in relation to Accounts Receivables to ensure properly and timely
Personally drive automation of accounts receivable processes to minimize manual work and compliance risk to gain business efficiencies
Credit control management and dispute solving.
Review meeting with internal customers and stakeholders.

Requirement
· Educational Level:
University graduates major in Accounting or related.
· Working Experience:
At least 5 years accounting work experience, with multinational companies preferred
· Language Skills:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
· Special Requirements / Skills:
Deep understanding of accounting and finance function and operating billing system
Strong leadership with ability to manage multi- divisional OTC teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multi-task, ability to follow-through and attention to details;
Professional and proactive service attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point;
An enthusiastic and motivated team player
