Major Accountabilities
1.Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion.
2.Plan and organize the project,allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
3.Lead the project staff.
4. Be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
5.Manage quality, schedule and cost of the deliverables.
6.Maintain control over the project's status and budget.
7.Report project status and issues where help is needed to IT management.
8.Compliance with the Novartis IT Project management methodology and GxP where applicable.
9.Align and harmonize project execution with other support functions,IT operations, and user groups.
Key Performance Indicators /Success Factors
1.Complete project milestones on time,on schedule and on budget.
2.Compliance with Novartis IT Project Management processes and GxP requirements.
