1．PURPOSE目的

SEM department is working to launch a new generation patient monitor for the emergency market, this job is to develop the software and deliver the qualified software on target.

2、PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
Ensure that requirements are well understood.
Analyze requirements and produce documented product designs.
Ensure that all designs and changes are subjected to the appropriate level of review.
All code shall comply with the published coding standards.
Make provision for adequate testing and inspection of code produced in order to ensure quality in accordance with the published verification plan. Ensure that adequate records of these verification activities are archived.
Plan and conduct unit testing, functional testing, performance testing, and stress testing of software to ensure high quality of software.
Design the software and testing tools to meet the requirements of manufacturing, testing, and upgrading requirements from internal and external customers.
Make own work plan and implement it, seek guidance when necessary, and meet project timescale.
Inform others in the department and on the relevant project team of progress.
Capture and document requirements including those governing regulatory and safety issues
Design system level software architecture
Create /Maintain software procedure
3、MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战
Having solid Linux tech background
Willing to take challenge
Self-motivated
Multi-site development requires excellent coordination and communication skills
Aggressive development schedule for time-to-market and extremely demanding cost goals
Adhering to the quality system’s product development process controls to ensure high quality products, given schedule pressure mentioned above.
4、JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
Bachelor, at least 2 years relating experiences with commercial product development
Extensive experience developing C++ applications for Linux platforms
Solid understanding of Linux Inter-process Communication (IPC), Linux signals, shared memory, race conditions and deadlock avoidance.
Proficiency knowledge and some experience in network, TCP/IP protocol and socket
Extensive experience with user interface frameworks (Qt, FLTK) is a plus
Having driver and kernel development is plus
Database experience is plus
Experience debugging and testing under embedded Linux platform is a plus
