Key areas of responsibility
These responsibilities may be split across a number of position holders. The role holders will work closely with the LTL Partner and Market HRBP to:
•Manage local implementation of global LTL strategies, processes, policies and tools, ensuring local compliance and customizing to meet local needs within the global framework. Provide feedback on issues and impact . Implement necessary Leadership, Talent Management and Learning process changes in partnership with CoE
•Stay up-to-date on key CoE initiatives being driven at global level and support when required
•Coach and advise HR colleagues and management teams in Market to build capabilities that support execution of Philips’ business and LTL strategies.
•Adapt global leadership development strategy, leadership processes, policies, programs and tools to meet Market needs within established global framework. In some cases, these could be only relevant in only one or a small number of Markets.
•Develop and deliver local leadership programs within global framework
•Identify, select and manage coaching, leadership development providers and other specialist learning providers at local level
•Customize global learning strategy and plan to meet local needs
•Deliver global learning, locally customized depending on content, complexity, scale and level of audience
•Locally execute learning activities within the global framework and structure
•Provide local input for the development of competency frameworks and support the local rollout
•Customize education materials on competency frameworks to be relevant in Market
•Receive and handle escalations from PPS when guidance or clarification of policies and procedures is required
•Act as a point of contact for HRMs in market organization
•Develop subject matter expertise in one of the LTL topic expertise areas.
•Work effectively with other CoEs to drive shared talent management strategy


Knowledge and relevant experience of the following:
•Has at least 2 years relevant experience with evidence of impact as specialist and thought leader in one of the LTL topic expertise areas or
•Proven track record of relevant work experience in talent processes, leadership development, organizational effectiveness and/or learning, ideally gained in more than one company
•Experience is relevant for specific Market needs
•Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices and thought leadership in one of the LTL topic areas
•Understands business issues and challenges
•Track record of applying expertise in a practical way with demonstrable impact
