Job description:

· Organization and handling of sales and market data; consolidating sales reports;

· Sales data analysis, reporting & filing assigned by GM;

· Ensure effective communications between GM and management team & all functions.

· Providing general secretarial support including telephoning, scheduling, biz trip arrangements, filing, mailing for GM.

· Support HR manager for the general admin affairs function of office operations including new premise moving etc.

· Back up the admin officer during her leave

· Performing other related duties as assigned by GM or HR manager

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree, preferably major in English or business management

· Minimum 3 year experience in secretarial or assistant job in multinational companies

· Fluent in English（oral and written）

· Well verse in computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)

· High wording efficiency with organizational skill, high sense of responsibility, strong sense of service, quick-response, team work spirit and good communication skills
