PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Key coordinator on Company publications/Newsletter (both to internal employees and to external customers or other stakeholders) of a standard which upholds the reputation of Company image
2. Responsible for localizing (translate where appropriate) and/or assist in the development of publication & updating of sales tools & promotion materials; company introduction brochures / leaflets, company presentations, technical brochures, sales tool kits, company CDs
3. Key coordinator for local intranet and external website
4. Coordinate the development or adaptation of advertising creative work, news release material, editorial and advertorial in local market context
5. Key coordinator of trade show, company/customer events
6. Monitor industry news in public media and share the news clips among relevant stakeholders in the company
7. Provide support to Cluster and Global information requirements regarding communications.
8. Support other marketing projects (e.g. beverage / dairy category, new product development projects) as required.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience required:
? Minimum: Bachelor degree in English major or related field.
? Excellent oral & written English and hands-on experience in written translation (English to Chinese and vice visa)
? Good in writing (both Chinese and English)
? Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and service oriented.
? Be able to work under pressure and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
? Good planning and organizational skills - with proven ability to manage multiple projects / heavy workloads
? Good interpersonal & communication skills
? 3 years relevant experience in foreign enterprise is highly preferred
? Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Power point, Outlook, Excel & Word.

Company profile -SIG Combibloc
  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
  SIG Combibloc entered Chinese market as early as 1985. In July, 2004, the paper plant in Suzhou Industry Park had been in production on a 60,000 square meter site. Not long after that, the assembly center in Suzhou started its operation, in 2010. Until now, the capacity of Suzhou paper plant has reached 12 billion packs per year. In 2017, the construction of Technical Center AP that located in SIP Suzhou is in progress and held ground-breaking ceremony in May 2017.
