职位描述
Involvement of new supplier selection as the member of sourcing team with the implementation of NSI (New Supplier Introduction).
Implementation of process audit as co-auditor when request from HBS comes up.
Being responsible for Maturity Evaluation after new project is awarded by OEMs.
Release of new supplier based on the result of SCR, feasibility commitment and so on.
Being responsible for critical component qualification process (APQP) including Kick-off, routine AQP review, ISIR, Run@Rate, PPAP/PSW, Safe Launch...
Support plant SQMs and maintain escalation program in requests of trouble shooting, 8D, routine audit, supplier improvement and so on.
Supplier performance review based on a regular communication platform with plant SQMs, lead decision making in terms of such activities as supplier punishment, supplier improvement, Q-BIC...
Support plant SQMs about Hot issues, Complaint, Red Alert, 8D, Trouble-shooting, Control Shipping and so on.
Aligning with 2 plants' SQMs using "One voice" and "One stance" to suppliers, establishing transparent communication channel to ensure a full information sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;College level but with over 3 years working experience is accepted.
Fluent English both in oral and written.
