JD:
? Client billing - Prepare client invoices on a monthly as well as project basis
? Revenue calculation - Recognize revenue to GL & clients' ledger on a monthly basis. Make adjustments to accounts for any changes in clients' bill
? AR collection - Support Sales Team on the collection of AR issued
? Reporting - Complete revenue-related reports; Prepare various reports upon clients' request
? Analysis - Handle simple credit analysis
? Client data maintenance - Maintain clients' data to make sure every detail is UTD (billing rate, account manager, contract type, etc.)
Requirements
? Basic accounting knowledge. 1 year+ experience in AR collection & credit control/analysis
? Strong command of English communication skills, both in written & in oral
? Good command of Microsoft Office skills, especially of Excel
? Hard-working, be responsible & team-oriented
