职位描述(Job Descriptions)：

Manage plant operations, budget, cost, customer satisfaction, quality, facilities, and a safe work environment.
1.Planning - Establish an annual plan for the plant ;
2.Making excellent use of inventory ;
3.Customer Service - Maintains excellent relationship with "customers" (service and office partners);
4.Production Management - Knowledge proficiency of production function,understand and complies with government regulations effecting plant operations;
5.Facilities - Maintain the building, grounds and equipment in excellent condition;
6.Safety - Establish and maintain ergonomically sound safety rules;
7.Policies & Procedures - Knows the purpose of our policy and procedure system of management and participates in the development of it. Has made innovations and improvements to the system. Has a track record of compliance in past audits;
8.Human Resource Management - Trained in human relations and leadership, and has an effective management style;
9.Laws & Regulations - Ensure that Production operation is in compliance with all local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations;
10.Quality - The manager and his organization know and practice the four absolutes of quality.
11. This position is located in Tian Jin.

职位要求(Job Requirements)：

1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Minimum 5-10 years working experience in production working and over 5 years as Plant Manager;
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4.Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral, written and listening);
5.Good Computer Skill ;
6.Dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills;
7.Maintain stability of performance under pressure and/or opposition;
8.Skillful in trouble shooting, and be able to work independently.
