1. Education -- College degree or above
教育----大专学历及以上
2.Working experience 工作经验– At least 3 years working experience. Previous customer service experience will be preferred.
三年以上工作，若有服务经验则更佳。
3. Communication Skills良好的沟通能力
4. Interpersonal Skills良好的人际交流
5. Decision Making有一定的决策能力
6. Physical具备一定的体能，能提起15KG的重物
7. Language/Math skills具体基本的语言/数学能力

1.China customer satisfaction goals:
客户服务和产品递送---负责达成和超越客户满意目标
2.Growth – Ensure that every service opportunity is being met in existing customers:
成长-----保证满足所有现有客户的每个服务机会
3. Customer Retention – Minimize the amount of lost business on the route.
客户保留-----将业务丢失量最小化
4.Material Cost – Meet China goals in the area of material cost spent to maintain accounts related to size changes, garment upgrades, and lost replacement charges.
物料成本------用于尺寸更改、服装升级和丢失替换而产生的成本符合公司的目标。

5. All other duties – Perform all other duties as assigned including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.
