Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily income audit

？ Ensure that all revenues are recorded and reported on a daily basis.

？ All control procedures are in place relating to the income process.

2. Credit receivable

？ Reviews outstanding accounts daily for correct postings.

？ Follow up outstanding accounts and preparation aging report.

？ Assisting with credit requirements.

3. Payment requests prepare

？ Collect and collate suppliers’ documentation.

？ Check the reimbursement payment and vouchers.

4. In charge of daily accounting operation

？ Handle monthly end closing.

？ Assistant to preparation financial report.

5. Prepare financial and management reporting and analysis

？ Prepare financial report and management report.

？ Assist Finance Manager to prepare financial analysis.

？ Assist Finance Manager on year end closing, statuary report.

6. To Liaise with external agency and bureau

？ Complete tax filing with tax bureau.

Minimum requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. More than 3 years accounting experience, Hotel or catering industry experience as prior;
