Position Summary

· Critical member of the sales team; work collaboratively with SZHH team to sell residential villas by marketing Octave brand, culture and reputation.

· Design comprehensive, consistent, content based communication plans and promotional programs for SZHH, ensuring that it follows Octave’s VI, mission and goals.

· To ensure the strategies are executed on target and within budget, reaching all audiences especially associates, business partners, customers, and media, with planning and on-going measure process.

· Manage creation of marketing selling tools and materials– both offline and online

· Develop and implement sustainable media relations programs and advertising strategies/programs, particularly co-branding opportunities

· Maintain strong relationships with local media and agencies and initiate press releases, media briefings, etc. to regularly raise visibility in the target press outlets.

· Identify high-profile public speaking opportunities for business leaders to ensure high-level visibility in the local market.

· Effectively source, manage and supervise external vendors and use of agencies.

· Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences, particularly as part of fully integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum requirements:

1. University degree in branding/communications/journalism/public relations/marketing or related discipline with at least 6 to 8 years of professional experience. (experience in property and/or hospitality industry an advantage)

2. Communication in Chinese and advanced English

3. Good interpersonal & negotiating skills

4. Strong leadership and communication skills

5. Service Orientated mindset
