Establish close liaison with major vendors and business associates around the globe. Source new factories. Research and develop new product. Assist Director on production allocation. Obtain the most competitive price and good quality from vendors. Ensure timely delivery of product. Alert management and business associates on high-risk areas, which may impact on production. Help Director to ensure expenses within budget. Keep abreast of market changes, trends, quota, factory and new opportunity. Develop, lead and motivate staff. Grow business and target for profitability. HKCEE / HKALE level or equivalent, preferably a degree holder.

? Minimum 8 years experience as merchandising manager in home areas
? Diploma holder or above
? Experience with both USA and Europe markets
? Experience in Buying office is highly preferred
? Able to work independently with strong technical knowledge, good leadership and organizing skills
? Self-motivated, independent, good communication & interpersonal skills
? Good command of spoken and written English
? Good knowledge to PC and apparel production system preferred.
