Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Lean Systems Manager will consist of the following:

Analysis of the Lean, MQOS, LQOS, and TS16949 processes to develop a viable production / JV solution
精益生产系统分析、制造质量操作系统分析、新品质量操作系统分析以及依据TS16949程序开发可行的生产方案
Development of a training and roll out plan to deliver the relevant process Inc CoE's( Center of Excellence)
开展培训，制定计划推广相关程序，包括人才中心
Develop an assessment process to measure implementation standards
开发一个评估程序，检测执行标准
Lead Assessment for all lean / process elements
领导对所有精益生产环节开展评估
Implement a Cadence for all levels of leadership to deliver lean– Lean Master Class, Kaizen, Standardized Work
按计划推进各层级领导执行精益生产-精益大师班、改善、标准化工作
Develop the metrics for all levels of the organization from the management to the shop floor
为车间各级设定目标
Implement SQDCME A3's (Safety /Quality/Delivery/Cost/Morale/Environment) and Scorecard
推行SQDCME （指标群-安全、质量、交付、成本、士气、环境）一页纸报告和记分卡
Organise A3/Master schedule events for the plant
创办工厂大记事
Develop the requirements for SME's ( Subject Master Expect) for the Production system
为生产系统开发预期题材需求
Develop and support activities to train and improve the leadership behaviors.
开展培训，提高领导力
Standardized Work Coach for the senior team
为高级工程师团队做标准化教练
Manage the relationship with the UK to ensure future process improvements are captured
同UK总部保持联系，确保新的过程改进及时获取
Leadership of the Lean Element Leaders
领导精益生产
Development and Cascade of numerous courses, WES , QPS, Lean master Class, Kaizen or equivalent
开发和培训众多课程，工作清单、质量工艺卡、精益大师班、改善、标准化工作
Own the standards of the production system
主控生产系统标准
Development and cascade of the Policy deployment process
开发和落实政策
Be the interface between the UK and JV system / process owners.
UK和JV的体系接口人
Ensure the system supports the PCS(Production Creation System) gateways
确保系统支持PCS质量门

Requirement:
1. Degree in Business or a Manufacturing discipline
工商管理学士学历或工程学士学历
2. Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
很强的办公软件运用能力
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin
流利的英语和普通话
4. Excellent communication skills
很好的沟通能力
5. Coaching and mentoring skills
指导能力
6. Meet deadlines 时间观强
7. 5 years Automotive experience 5年以上汽车行业工作经验
8. 2 years Management experience 至少2年管理经验
