职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for Christmas decoration, Lighting, BBQ, Pottery & inflatable for Garden business, including organization of project, product development, communicate with line manager in Germany, and customer claim settlement,
2. Responsible for supplier management, including: search of new suppliers, comparison, evaluation of current suppliers, monitor and control of suppliers etc.
3. Responsible for daily business control, including monitor and approval of sourcing activity in OTS system, monitoring of order follow up status, buyer trip participation and writing report as well as checking and sourcing documentation, etc.
4. Responsible for team member management, including monitoring and coaching of subordinator to improve their capability and job business training for more evaluative subordinator performance etc.
5. Responsible for support of department management, including business reporting to department head, management suggestion and other reports required by department head etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above in relative areas;
- 8+ years sourcing experience and over 3 years leader of merchandising team;
- Good knowledge of the DIY product at European standards;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sense of market, and detail orientation;
- Problem solving and good leadership;
- Willing to travel within China or overseas as business needed;
- Willing to work under pressure and within a team;
- Good command of English
