职位描述
- Plan, document and report necessary investments for China plants / Asia region using existing SAP tools in coordination with CIE Frankfurt.
- Run strategic capacity and loading analysis for China plants per production line.
- Participation in CRP Meetings, Evaluation of Synergies between HBS plants
- Initiate regional production and industrialization concepts to support the RFQ process in conjunction with Central IE Frankfurt.
- Make investment planning during quotation process to support PCIS calculations.
- Support product development in order to achieve the design of robust products, in the frame work of simultaneous engineering.
- Participate in Asia Product Launch Reviews (PLR) / Project Review Meetings (PRM) or Asia Project Kick-off Meetings.
- Organize and document awarded projects through issuing and tracking of ?project memo´s” for the region China
- Monitor project launch timing for equipment and line tooling.
- Support business development related activities especially concerning evaluation of operations / industrial engineering related items.
- Assure cooperation and communication between Asia Industrial Engineering and Central Industrial Engineering Frankfurt.
- Support creation of Capital Request across Asia projects and plants.
- Special Projects for Cross-Plant Activities
Requirement:
Bachelor/Master in automotive or mechanical engineering, Bachelor/Master in automization engineering
Automotive (preferred HBS) Operations / IE experience for more than 1 years.
