Key Points of Maintenance Supervisor Job:

? Prepare the facilities equipment maintenance plan. (AC/AHU/Cooling System/Compressor/El. Power Equipment/water supplies/Shower rooms/Toilets/Garden and plants/Doors/Plant road)
? Set up maintenance plan for the production machines.
? Responsible for planning and coordinated the internal and external maintenance teams.
? Coordination between division/leaders, production planer and other staffs.
? Extending the authority of division leaders.
? Joint responsibility for higher productivity and efficiency in the firm.
? Joint responsibility for good quality in the company.
? Mainly troubleshooting during working time, and coordinates during night shift .
? Appropriate reaction once emergency happens.

→ Follow the regulation and the safety instruction / support to use the Personal Safety Equipment
→ On time / Forming a habit
→ Order and Cleanness
→ Operative thinking and action
→ Loyalty to the jobs and the company.
→ Efficient working.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Prime contact person in the company, especially in the working time.
? Troubleshooting in the working time.
? Quality maintenance of AA, technical assistance of MA
? Charge of productivity and efficiency in the company; application and control of staffs
? Once emergency, take responsibility for employees and division in the working time. And give the correct instruction.
? Assistance with reconstruction from new employees.

Requirements:

? Electric Engineer.
? Good English communication, speaking, reading and writing.
? Experience in leading similar departments. (Electric, Mechanical and Construction)
? At least 5 years practical expertise.
? Experience in planning and coordination.
? Maintenance experience.
? Social abilities (patience, humanity, intuition, quick response, self-confidence…)
? Assertiveness.
? Firm and resolute to make decision.
