Title/职位: FOD Manager
Department/部门: Regional Operations Development – MD&D China
Location/地点: Shanghai, P.R.China
Reports to (Title)/ 汇报对象 (职位): Director - Regional Operations Development, MD&D China
职位职责：
The position will be measured primarily on:
1. Alignment of BU strategy and Global Supply Chain strategy
2. Secured Supply: disruption prevention, crisis control and recovery
3. Cost : Total SKU landed cost – GP, cost / unit, CIP $
4. Growth / New Product Launch: on time, post launch service performance
5. Compliance & Quality – stability metrics
Other Dimensions:
1. The FOD Manager will frequently interface with colleagues in the BU’s operations teams and GSC functions to drive operations performance, share best practice, leverage resources and ensure strategic goal achievement
2. Credo based leadership and compliance to worldwide, regional and local policies e.g. FCPA, GMP/Quality, Policy of Business Conduct, Healthcare Compliance, SOX, etc.
任职要求：
1. Minimum 10 years managing operations and/or engineering within a global organization, preferably in a medical devices and/or diagnostics environment.
2. Must have in depth knowledge of overall supply chain process with hands-on experience in one or more of the following: planning, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, franchise operations
3. Experience in product development and commercialization helpful
4. Outstanding communication skills which enable strong collaboration and partnering both internally and externally
5. Ability to successfully lead without authority in ambiguous and complex environment
6. Big picture oriented with attention to detail, complemented by a “hands-on” operational and business planning experience
7. Results oriented and able to create and deliver independently
8. Strong project management skills
9. Process Excellence and LEAN skills & experience
Proven success in:
1. Developing functional strategic plans in alignment with the corporate strategic goals
2. Leading and developing high performing cross functional & matrix teams
3. Delivering ‘best in class’ business results through innovative customer focused solutions
4. Driving design to value in new products with measurable results: financial, quality and cycle time
5. Understanding the linkages in supply chain from demand planning through delivery to customer
6. Building interdependent partnerships to optimize value proposition with limited authority
