Job Scope :

As business partner to closely work with Business Team as well as IT Share Service Team to understand business needs and requirement analysis and Application services implementation working on multiple projects at the same time in a deadline driven environment. Work with business team for IT Planning and portfolio management.

Major Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for Business relationship management with Asia and sub region business team and work with regional and global IT Shared Services team providing support to the business site and cross region function team.
2. Responsible for gathering user and business requirements, developing specifications, and creating the end-solution with global/regional share service team.
3. In accordance with the Stanley Project Lifecycle Methodology. This is a collaborative environment and projects have the potential to involve international teams
4. Develops plans, obtains the necessary approvals and implements technology projects & software request to ensure goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame and cost
5. Work closely with management to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs to develop and align project initiatives in concurrence with business
6. Ensure SOX IT compliance in IT operations
7. Responsible for change management of the BRD by clearly documenting the change requests and taking them through a formal Change Management process.
8. Owns scope negotiation with the Program team, helping negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.

Qualifications :
1. A minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent is required
2. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with BA/BS Degree/equivalent OR a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with advanced degree/equivalent is required.
3. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business process and requirements for commercial/trade business in Industrial/customer product Industry.
4. Have experience on Procurement to Pay, Order to Cash, Finance and Controllership. Manufacture related supply chain experience will be plus.
5. Excellent communications and collaboration skills in support of being the single point of contact between business stakeholders and global/regional I/T organization from business requirement to Service Level delivery.
6. 5-8 years ERP/SAP implementation and support experience
7. Self initiative; Has leadership skills to drive the IT/business result in dynamic result driven business environment
8. Fluent in English
