Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility for financial support of the local operation
• Develop and track productivity, inventory, and capital expenditure metrics
• Ensure the accounting and tax practice of the company are in compliance with statutory and management requirements
• Ensure SOX compliance and GE policies are followed
• Partner with the Finance Integration Leader to implement key integration action items
• Coordinate on auditing matters including internal and external audit
• Lead the financial planning and estimating cycle
• Partner with the site leadership team to develop and execute improvement action plans
• Produce and distribute actual results, as well as analyze and investigate variances
• Proactive management and execution of projects as assigned
• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor degree. FMP grad, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA certificate will be a plus
• At least 2 additional years of experience as a finance controllership or leadership role
• Strong analytical, management and presentation skills
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility to adapt to changing business challenges
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work on strict deadlines and under pressure
• Work independently, Positively with self-orientation
