1.Four-Year Accounting Degree. 会计学本科学历。
2.Good computer skills (MS Office, Kingdee).精通电脑软件的应用（如微软Excel, 金蝶）
3. Have 2 or 3 years related working experience. 2年-3年相关工作经验
4.Being able to work overtime to meet business needs. Flexible to work on Saturdays as needed.
能加班来满足工作需求，必要时可在周六工作。


Job Discription职位描述:

1,Payment preparation and response – Check the expense and supplier payment documents according company policy. Strictly follow the fund release process And ensure payment is paid in timely manner. Mean well ensure that all the documents giving to the bank are accurate, then response the inquire from partners and vendors.
付款准备及付款问题答复 –按照公司费用授权权限严格审核各部门提交的供应商付款单据及报销单据，并严格遵守资金释放流程，按照授权限额进行相关申请批复，确保每笔付款都有必要的批准，并按照付款时限及时付出。确保输入网银的付款信息及提供给银行的纸质付款凭证准确无误。答复来自于内部工作伙伴和供应商的有关付款问题。
2. Invoice issuing – Issue invoice accurately and timely. Provide and make analysis on A/R aging report on weekly basis, in order to disclose the pretention risk of A/R collection to management team. Monitor overdue A/R procedure executions in line with company’s policy.
开具发票- 及时准确的按服务部提供的资料开具服务业和销售增值税发票,并且每周更新应收账款及开票信息追踪报告，并及时分析该报告，如果发现对公司的潜在风险及时向客服部门及管理层进行汇报。(20%)

3. Fixed Asset Maintenance - Ensure that the monthly fixed asset registers and related reports are maintained, including all additions, disposals, and transfers etc. Assist service department on physical count lockers per schedule the time table.
固定资产维护 – 确保每月的固定资产登记和相关报告的维护，包括所有新增，废弃和转移与既定的计划一致并保持数据精确。监督并协助客服部门进行客户端用各种衣柜的盘点(20%)

4.Administration of financial function – responsible of all the work which required by the SAFE and other d government on time.
财务相关的行政管理 –按时完成外管局要求的相关进口信息的注册，确保外币付款时无此方面的限制。按照政府部门的要求，按时完成财务相关的各项审核。(10%)

5.Petty cash- Check the petty cash timely. Keep it under controlled.
管理备用金使用--与每个备用金持有者定期确认备用金的持有情况，并记录公司备用金的使用，在需要时提出申请增加(10%)

6.Bookkeeping – Key in the information of the invoices and fund receiving in finance software.
账务管理 – 及时将收到的供应商发票信息、开具给客户的发票信息、收款信息输入账务处理系统中的初始模块，并确保信息传递的正确性。(10%)
