Main Task:

· Specific Duties
- Develop design from customer requirement and internal requirement and design guidelines
- Make 3D design and 2D drawing
- Make customer drawings
- Support customer for looking for best location for ECU and RSU in vehicle
- Make concept design to support customer RFQ
- Check drawings and comply with Autoliv data integrity requirement
- Support purchase & project team for mechanical supplier follow-up up and components development

· Support RD&E team
- Participate continuous improvement plan

Competences:

Level (diploma) required:
- Master's degree (4-6 years)
- Bachelor's degree (4 years)

Experience:
- Around 5 years working experience
- Over 2 years working experience in automotive industry
- Over 2 years working experience on processes of plastic molding, metal stamping and die casting
- Mechanical tools : CATIA and Autocad

Technical skills required:
- Understand and apply GD&T standards.
- Basic manufacturing knowledge.
- Good understanding of Metal Stamping and Injection Molded Plastic and die casting design
- General Safety System's knowledge.
- Create 3D model independently
- Good use of CATIA V5R18 and familiar with other major CAD tools
- Create drawings independently
- Good understanding and well knowing of primary international test standards for mechanical, electrical and environmental part (ie: IEC, ISO...)

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
- Completes projects within established time schedules. Able to make basic schedules and determine priorities
- Works with general direction and guidance. Makes recommendations and offers value added suggestions.
- Can be relied upon to solve problems within functional area.
- Requires little direct supervision. Demonstrates the ability to provide mentoring on a small scale.
