Responsibility
◇ Build ,Lead and manage the test team
◇ Coach and mentor test team
◇ Interface with R&D,Plan,MFG and other key internal team members
◇ Act as the ultimate owner of team’s performance
◇ Improve the probing process
◇ Focus on the analog wafer performance evaluation and analysis
◇ Summary and feedback the low yield information to relevant sections
◇ Co-Work with Fab to find and solve the wafer issue
◇ Develop multisite test program for UPH improving
◇ Analyze and solve the test issue occur on production line
◇ Manage the test programs and hardware
◇ Write reports on root causes of issues and provide future test plan improvement
◇ Support in new product transfer
◇ Track the yield and find if there is something need to be improved

Job Requirements
◇ Bachelor graduate in Mechanical / Electrical engineering/Semiconductor device physical.
◇ Experience in Manufacturing of Semiconductor / Discrete Component.
◇ Semiconductor device physical
◇ Semiconductor product characteristics
◇ Computer skill
◇ QA 7 tools and New QA 7 tools
◇ ISO9000/QS9000
◇ Able to use Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
◇ Able to use Juno & Tesec test program softwares
◇ Good English in reading
◇ Hard working, self motivated
◇ Familiar with relative tester such as ASL-1000，ETS-88,Accotest and so on
◇ Familiar with relative prober,such as EG and TSK
◇ Have 2 years management experience
