工作职责：
1. Develop and improve the products process and production lines lay out, including production process card, standard working hour, BOM(consumption ration) and other process documents.
负责产品生产工艺流程的制定，生产工艺的优化及生产线布局安排。包括生产工艺卡、工时定额、材料清单（消耗定额）等工艺文件的编制
2. Provide recommendation to product design optimization, and improve product process and stamping die
提供产品优化方案，改进产品工艺,工装/模具等技术工作
3. Develop WI
负责所有生产作业指导书的制定及整编
4. Analyze all non confirming products
负责所有不良品的分析
5. Make up products drawings, including protract, digest and file
负责所有产品技术图纸的制定, 包括图纸的绘制、转化、存档
6. Take part in contract evaluation from technical aspect
负责合同审定中技术部分的工作
7. Work out ISO related engineering process and documentation
负责产品工程ISO程序及运作文件的编制
8. New product transfer, including drawing digest and localization, material and standard selection; Develop sample QC plan and supply progress tracking and First Article confirm
负责新产品的技术转移，包括图纸翻译、材料和标准的对照采用等；负责样品质量计划的制定，跟踪供应商进度以及客户的样品认可
9. Technical support on production/tooling
负责在线产品技术支援
10. Make out process control plan
负责主导控制计划的制定
11. Other tasks assigned by Engineering Manager

岗位要求：
Technical Engineer with college degree or above
技术工程类大专以上学历
-At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing system, especially in stamping die or machine design.
至少制造企业5年工作经验,尤其是熟悉冲压模具或机械设计
- 2+ years experiences in stamping or other metal sheeting

- Knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD etc., and project management tools
