职位描述
Scope of Responsibilities
1) Techinical support to TELS memory customers.
2) Provide guidence and suggestion of using our memory device in customer system.
3) Analysis failure/problem in customer system and provide solution.
4) Communicate with customer and follow their project status.
5) Interface between customer, TELS and HQ engineering team.
6) Build the memory ECO system among customer, Toshiba, Chipset makers and others.
Additional Tasks
Follow the market trend and analysis in certain market segament if requested.
Skills and knowledge
Education: Electronics Engineeing/Semiconductor background. Bachelor‘s degree or above.
Experience: Over 2 years experience in related industry preferred. Memory related preferred.
Skills& Qualification:
1) Basic PC skill required. Eg. Windows, Office, Outlook.
2) Fluent in both Written and Spoken English. Japanese is not required.
3) Basic Knowledge on C code. Capable of checking customer code.
Language: English CET-4 above. Spoken certification preferred.
Personal Qualities& Attitude
1) Good team-worker & good communication skill
2) Self & proactive attitude
3) Strong problem solving ability
4) Strong Social Intelligence & Common sense
