Bachelor degree or above， majoring in English or Maritime Law, CET 6 or above
General understanding in ship management company & safety operation of vessel, familiar requirement from IMO, Flag State and Class Society
Excellent oral and written English
JD:
1.Supply ship documents and log books from company
2. To keep ship and company documents in file
3. Apply ship certificate from relevant authority
4. Assist superintendent to daily operation and provide quarterly report to owner
5. Ship- shore communication
6. Negotiating and confirming rules and articles of insurance according to vessel details
7. Arrange and check ship insurance, renew insurance policy every year
8. Apply relevant certificates associated with insurance
9. Notice any risks to insurance company and deal with claims.
10. Process ship insurance claims refer to the crew, damage to H & M, oil pollution and other third party liabilities.
