Asia Engineering Manager

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for an Asia Engineering Manager for HouseHold Products in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assistant to measure the team performance and contribute to global engineering process and tool box creation,as well as the implementation of global discipline standards in region;
2. Drive the implementation of engineering process and methods in Asia region;
3. Cross function work in the team to carry out traning,coach and audit actions for the engineering process implementation in region;
4. Participate global engineering discipline standards and specification creation and roll out the action plan to follow global engineering implementation plan;
5. Distribute and help for the implementation of discipline standards and specification implementation in projects execution;
6. Support platform as engineering process,method,and discipline standards

Experience Required:

1. BS Engineering Degree with at least 5 years experience in engineering team;
2. Good technical professionals in the CPG ,Food/Beverage ,or Pharmaceutical Industries is preferred
3. Good technical background of engineering and good technical competence will be a strong preference
4. Engineering process ,standards and specification creation and implementation experience is preferred
5. Project execution experience with standard engineering process
6. Good communication competence is needed and good team work
7. Fluent English is needed
8. Familiar with internal quality system is preferred
