Engineering Project Engineer
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for an Engineering Project Engineer for HouseHold Products in Shanghai. The role will directly report to the Regional Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical excellence across a number of regional operational functions. The incumbent will have a leadership role in planning, directing and coordinating activities of all new production lines Design and Upgrade Engineering activities regionally to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This position requires strong personal initiative to identify opportunities, achieve engineering standardization and implementing Best Practice across the manufacturing facilities;
- Internally, this position works closely with the other regional Engineers, engineers in manufacturing locations, regional SHE, QA, RD&E and other cross functional groups to ensure technical alignment;
- Externally, this position requires working with local and global engineering solution providers to source the best and the most innovative technical solutions for all technical initiatives as well as leverage engineering resources to support the company's needs.
- Leads the preparation of manufacturing new package line and production line upgrade for business needs and efficiency jump up at layout designing, machine specification, data sheet, machine supplier choosing, operation menu collection, operator training, serious problem solving and PLQ test for all new manufacturing processes.
- Investigates, drives, and assists in implementation of cost saving projects, DTV, OEE Improvements and LEAN related to existing processes and support systems regionally.
- Must be able to travel within the region up to 30% of the time.
Experience Required:

- Project Management - Develops project plans and communicates changes and progress. Completes projects on time and within budget.
