Plant Manager - Industrial Automation Control Products

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Plant Manager for Industrial Automation Control Products in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take responsible for about 300 people, leading a P&L business.

2. Under his responsibility he will manage Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Finance and HR.

3. He/She will be in charge of formulating and implementing company’s long-term strategic planning as well as annual policy and monitor the achievement of performance.

4. He/she will work to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost continuously as well as enhancing the quality to meet customer requirements.

5. The plant manager will focus on personnel development and team building.

Key Requirements:

*Bachelor degree or above with major in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or relevant subjects.

*More than ten years plant operation management working experience, and three years or above general management work experience.

*Familiar with the operation of modern enterprise, hands-on advanced system management theory, have the ability to formulate and implement the strategy.

*Familiar with the management system of Industrial Automation Control industry

*Good in personnel training and team building.

*Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
