Senior Test Engineer
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Senior Test Engineer for Industrial Automation Control Products in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
2. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
3. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
4. Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.
5. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
6. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
7. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs.
8. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
9. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes
Key Requirements:
1. An electrical engineering/automation degree or certificate from university/college.
2. 5 years work experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
3. Able to priorities and push tasks through to completion.
4. Able to build on the strengths of each team member and drive team-building actions.
