We are now looking for a Technical Service Director for a world leading company in kitchen and bath plumbing fixtures, furniture & tile etc.
Key responsibilities:
· Supervise the operations of Asia Pacific technical support and warranty claim to ensure the team to provide efficient and effective technical services to the customers.
· Develop/implement technical service initiatives across Asia Pacific by setting up and developing system, standards and procedures. And make sure the technical support and warranty claim policy and process implemented in proper way.
· Manage the investigation, treatment and follow-up of customer complaints regarding quality and performance of products in the field.
· Liaise with marketing, engineering and manufacturing departments to identify and resolve field problems in a timely manager.
· Provide technical advice and recommendations both for product improvements and for new products.
· Manage and evaluate distributor KTS’s technical service by service policy and standard.
· Working with engineering, plant quality team to have technical claim resolved in timely manner.
· Special attention to problem solving for claims from key accounts and developers.
· Table all the key quality claims in each Product Council with solid solutions.
Preferred candidates:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, engineering or electric field.
· With a minimum of 8 years’ solid working experience in technical service field
· Previous technical service supervisory or coaching experiences are required.
· Good leadership skills and more than 6 years management experience.
· Ability to proactively drive technical service to a higher level required.
· Speak good English and be sensitive cross culturally
