China Marketing Manager-Shanghai

Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry . Now we are looking for a China Marketing Manager for an Multinational Medical Device Company.


Responsibility:

1. Define the products strategies in selling and pricing in terms of products categories to different customer segments;
2. Propose director yearly products project, including qty., categories, prices and channels, assist director to work out business plan;
3. Develop products training and education plan to customers, propose customers appropriate strategies in;
4. Store showcase and marketing promotion;
5. Organize and lead to make yearly national and regional market activity plan ( industry exhibition, medical expo);
6. Figure out budget plan for whole year's activities;
7. Analyze and judge market trend by collecting market information, work out new products development program for continuous sales growth;
8. Keep effective communication with products departments in States and EU., understand global products strategy, New products R&D and market plan, deliver sales team, engineering team and the others related products development the latest products information, try the best have the most support from head quarter.
9. Lead the customers service team to provide product and service information and resolve related problems, ensures the customers receive the highest level of customers service possible.
10. Develop a long term and stable relation with experts of industry and duty-owners of government agencies related to home care and rehab

Requirements:

1. Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree in sales marketing or relevant majors, the medical background would be better.
2. 5 ~ 8 years of relevant experience in product.
3. Proven capability of communication with either internal or external.
4. Excellent and articulate presentation skill to various audiences in product features and selling points and related marketing strategies.
5. Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to conduct market research in assigned regions.
6. The ability to monitor and direct sales products strategy cope with the market changes in.
7. Good ability of handling with complex circumstance on analysis, evaluation and solution.
