SQE / Supplier Quality Engineer
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a SQE/ Supplier Quality Engineer for Transportation Products in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilites:
1．Cooperate with sourcing engineer to secure product/process quality, technical and business requirements. 协同采购工程师保证产品/过程质量，技术和商务要求。
2．Assess potential supplier in cross-functional team. 协调各部门评估潜在供应商。
3．Implement the existing suppliers’ audits and performance evaluation. 对现行供应商进行审核和综合绩效评估。
4．Identify needs of corrective actions’ plans, start and follow up identified ones at suppliers’ sites. 识别是否需要进行纠正计划， 启动并跟踪供应商的纠正措施。
5．Training and pushing supplier continual improvement to fulfill company requirements and improve their performance. 培训并推动供应商持续改进，以满足公司要求，并改善供应商绩效。
6．Responsible for supplier FAI approval with related department. And cooperate with sourcing engineer to monitor supplier developing schedule and ensure the sample has been submitted on time and conformity. Coach supplier to complete the paper work for FAI. 负责协同相关部门供应商首件样品的认可。协同采购工程师监控供应商开发进度并确保合格样件按时提交。指导供应商准备并完成FAI所需文件。
Key Requirements:
At least 5 years working experience in mechanical engineering area; 至少5年以上在机械工程领域的工作经验。
At least 3 years experience in supplier quality management. 至少3年以上供应商质量管理经验。
Good command of spoken and written English is a must. 熟练掌握英语（说/写）。
Rich experience in mechanical area, and know-how about tooling, moulding, casting, machining is a plus. 机械领域丰富的经验，懂得工装，模具，铸造，机加工等优先考虑。
