We are looking for an Sourcing and Purchasing manager to join an US instrument company with large market margin. You will report to the Operation VP in charge of the sourcing &purchasing department.

Responsibility:

？ Responsible for overall sourcing and purchasing, KPIs include Quality(%), on time Delivery(%), Cost savings($) and Inventory(turns) for sourcing / purchasing materials.
？ Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring key performance indicators of sourcing and purchasing.
？ Lead purchasing team to supply direct /in-direct materials and related services on time with lowest Cost and reasonable Inventory.
？ Lead sourcing team to search, select and qualify new suppliers with support from R&D and QA Department.
？ Lead creating cost down opportunities continuously through sourcing, and meet the divisional cost productivity goal each year.
？ Lead and coordinate sourcing staff in building short-term and long-term purchasing framework agreements with suppliers.
？ Ensure effective and continuous communications between the team with internal / external suppliers / customers, and reduce the loss caused by misunderstanding,
？ Select, coach and direct team members, and allocate jobs appropriately
？ Ensure the team source and purchase legally and conformed to established policies.


Job Requirements
？ Bachelor Degree in Engineering
？ 5+ years of working in supply chain function within 2 years min. of departmental management experience, and preferred to experiences at foreign owned companies.
？ Overall supply chain management experience is must, have experience other functions as logistic , planning, warehouse is highly recommended.
？ familiar with Electronics, Injection molding parts.
？ Strong Leadership, Negotiation and Communication ability.
？ Recordable successful working records
？ Good command of English, both by speaking and writing.
