We are looking for a Quality Manager based in Songjiang for a global leading Food Industry in Shanghai.

He/ She will ensure the product meet related reguations and customer reuqirement. He/She will plan the best structure and people, best policy and system, best procudere and control, best products in place, and leading the quality team in day to day handling the quality issues by working with other departments, prediciton for any potential quality issues and preventive actions taken.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the process team to carry out daily on line inspection and finished product inspection to ensure production is within specification.
2. Lead the Food Safety Team to set up critical control point in the process to ensure product quality.
3. Identify areas to be improved and initiate the improvement.
4. Drive the GMP improvement in the process through daily and periodic inspection. Initiate and follow up improvement plan with associated department.
5. Coordinate the HACCP program in the factory. Apply HACCP to the process to ensure all QCP and CCP are properly identified and set up, all related procedures are in place and well implemented.
6. Review and access process related procedures periodically and ensure procedures are updated, practical and fully followed.
7. Submit production report monthly and quarterly.
8. Set up systematical methodology to assess and improve GMP & HACCP status and awareness
9. Review and approve any change related to quality.
10. Lab management to ensure any test done following procedures.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in relevant technical discipline.
2. Strong trouble-shooting ability, results oriented and safety mind set is a must.
3. Good leadership, motivation and communication skills.
4. Good written and spoken English.
5. Similar experience in FMCG or Food is a plus.
6. Knowledgeable on ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, SSOP.
7. Knowledgeable on lean production
