职位描述

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager for a global leading Food Additive company in Shanghai, to implement the purchasing strategy and source raw materials for China market to meet the plant sourcing requirement.

Responsibility:
1. Strategic and operational responsibility for raw materials in Ingredient categories.
2. Develop and set up policy and procedures for purchasing functions to support an environment that is ethical and free of conflict of interest, ensures compliance with internal approval schedules, and complies with all local, state and governmental laws and regulations.
3. Working closely with Global Purchasing team to align with global strategy and develop/implement Regional sourcing strategy for raw materials.
4. Pro-actively taking initiatives in looking for opportunities of cost reductions for the company.
5. Develop optimization plan for appropriate commodities and implement while ensuring alignment with overall division strategy.
6. Working closely with plant operation team to measure the overall supplier performance, accordingto the objectives of the organization (quality, price and on-time delivery). Set up KPI for suppliers;
7. Supplier development in the categories for operations for both inside and outside of China
8. Responsible for monthly reporting regarding purchasing activity and supplier quality performance
9. Responsible for all supplier contracts to ensure that the required legal terms, conditions and cost/services components are in place to meet each Business Unit's requirements.

Requirement:
1. 8 years of sourcing experience in food ingredient categories;
2. Bachelor degree above in relative disciplines;
3. Experience in management overseas suppliers and importing;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills with suppliers, self-initiative, details-oriented.
5. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
6. A clear and intellectual thinker, able to grasp the business point .
7. Demonstrated ability to build and leverage successful relationships at all levels and across a complex.
8. Open-minded, reliable, responsible,patient.
