Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
 Set up Stat Operation Module for Greater China
 Manage GE business in Greater China of local statutory compliance and advise on policy and issue resolution.
 Provide ongoing compliance service, including but not limited to assist GE business in preparation /review of statutory accounts, statutory audit process management, advise on consolidation, and accounting issue resolution.
 Provide ongoing expert advisory service, including but not limited to Statutory and other audit advisory and local PRC GAAP to US GAAP differences and reconciliations advisory.
 Assist with STIR team in the on-going maintenance and enhancement of local reporting and consolidation tool

Qualifications/Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 6 years work experience in operational and financial audit. (experience with transaction support and/or financial advisory will be a plus)
 Strong analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.
 Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results within time constraints.
 Team player and good leadership skills and potential
 Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Desired Characteristics
 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with rich experience with New PRC GAAP and basic knowledge in US GAAP
 Experience with project management
